What should I do if I can’t open the PDF with the performance report?
In most cases, opening a PDF is prevented by a pop-up blocker.
The “Internet Explorer” and “Mozilla Firefox” browsers provide a corresponding notification in the header or footer.
“Google Chrome” reports a blocked pop-up on the address bar. The pop-up settings can be changed by right-clicking on this symbol. Having set your PC to accept pop-ups, you should be able to open the performance report easily.
Only “Internet Explorer 8” cannot be used to open the performance report. Please use a current version of Internet Explorer or the latest version of a different browser.
