What do I do if a fault occurs during registration?

In order to ensure that access data are sent only to people within the company, we check that the domain ending belongs to the company. The domain ending of the email address that is given on registration must correspond to the domain ending of the email address saved for the company entry. Only then will our servers send out login details. If the domain is general (e.g. T-online, gmx, etc.), the full email address is checked to ensure that it matches.
