What will change for me as a customer?

With Visable, you will have more opportunities to remain competitive in digital sales in the long run. Thanks to our new structure, we will be able to expand our marketplaces and online marketing services even more for you – giving you higher reach than ever before. By using our portfolio, you have the chance to gain digital access to European B2B buyers and markets. Our B2B marketplaces „Wer liefert was“ and EUROPAGES, linked to their URLs and all associated pages, stay the same. This means you can log in and edit your company profile as usual.  

Will anything change with my contract?

No, in legal terms, the only thing that changes is the name of the company. Your current contract stays in place, and the contractually relevant modules and content will not change at all. 

What will change on the invoices?

Basically, nothing will change on your invoices. Our banking information and your customer number with us remain the same. Only the invoicing party will change – from Wer liefert was GmbH to Visable GmbH. Grundsätzlich ändert sich an Ihrer Rechnung nichts, unsere Bankverbindung sowie Ihre Kundennummer bei uns bleiben bestehen. Nur der Rechnungssteller ändert sich – aus der „Wer liefert was GmbH“ wird die „Visable GmbH“. 

How can I log in in future?

In addition to your usual login via www.wlw.de, you have further options with Visable to access your login area: via the login button on www.visable.com. After clicking on the button, you are guided directly to the login area of “Wer liefert was”. Your personal login information will not change. 

Will my contact information for customer service change?

No, our contact information remains the same. You can reach our Customer Support as usual on +49 40 254400, Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Our email address will change, however, and you can write to us in future at info@visable.com.

Will the standard terms and conditions change?

Even if Visable appears as your contractual partner instead of “Wer liefert was”, the contents of the standard terms and conditions will not change.
